Strengthen the hand of the startup ecosystem. Don't try to BE the ecosystem or hijack by creating a parallel one. All of us have key roles to play and the private actors are the integral core. Let's look to play to our strengths and enable each other.

Don't be insecure. You're the Government after all. You get to make the laws of the land and enforce them in any case. :)
